ABOUT PRISCILLA

I didn't start with a strategy. I started with a pipe that burst in my condo.

I bought my first home at 23. A few years later I sold it and moved into a small condo in downtown Toronto, working a 9 to 5 handling labour disputes for the government.

Then a pipe burst in my unit.

Weeks later, the insurance payout came in larger than expected. Most people would have spent it. On a Realtor friend's advice, I put part of it into a new condo development.

That one decision taught me the difference between having money and building wealth

I was so excited that I told my friends. Eight of them bought suites in the same building.

That's when it clicked. I had stumbled onto something most people are never taught: money doesn't build wealth on its own. Where you put it does.

Within months I had my real estate license, and I quickly became the top agent at my brokerage. My clients didn't come from money. Setting them on the path to building wealth took creativity, from pre-construction deals to renovations to strategies that turned modest savings into real assets.

Over more than a decade, I've closed over $300M in transactions and generated millions of dollars for my clients. I founded Build Up Development Co. and started building the very developments I used to sell.

Where some people see buildings, I see building blocks.

Real estate was my vehicle. What it really taught me is how wealth works: how to measure it, how to move it, and how to keep it growing for the next generation.

And over and over, I met the same woman. Smart. Accomplished. Earning beautifully. And quietly unsure whether any of it was adding up.

She didn't need another budget. She needed a strategy.

THAT is why I built The Wealthy Women Method. So more women can do more, live more, and change their lives.
